Returns and Replacements

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Refunds will be provided only on the following conditions:

The wrong product was sent by the Maui Kayak Shop.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged during shipping.

Customer can cancel their order within 6 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product and get the amount back as store credit. 

Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. 

The customer is responsible for collection fees.

1-Day Return Policy:

With a 1-days return policy. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the items are in the same condition. Ensure the following conditions are met for a smooth return process:

• You can return your purchase for up to 1 day from the day it reaches your doorstep.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging
